All items purchased from our
website can be returned for a refund or an exchange within 7 days of
reception. The product must be returned in its original condition,
including packaging, labels and any other element part of the original
offering. In case the carpet you ordered is not in stock and is especially produced for you we won't be able to offer you any refund. In this case we'll get in touch with you to discuss this matter individually with you.
If you would like to return a product, please email us within 7 days of reception stating your name, invoice number, the reason for the return and if you’d like a refund or an exchange.
We will help organizing the shipping back to us and the following steps. Please note that shipping costs will not be refunded. This applies to the original shipping cost for your order as well as the return shipping cost. In the case of an exchange, we will cover the cost of shipping the new item to you.
